Whenever I put a Pokémon in a gym and then they later get defeated I dont get the coins for it. However its still fun to play and its a good game

Being a straight, white male growing up in the 90s, I, like many other straight, white males ended up playing Pokémon. Aside from frustrating bugs and having to guess where Pokémon will be without the Nearby working, its still fun. This game definitely made my expectations for it skyrocket based on the premise. Naturally, I expected to be disappointed, but after walking around for dozens and dozens of miles now, I can honestly say I am blown away by how wonderful it is. Plus, itll keep me in shape. Not that Ill get laid any time soon, but thats no worries. At least I have my iPhone and my pokeymanz. Edit: still playing to this day. The only issue I have is a little rubberbanding and I still cant connect to my Apple Watch. Still a 5/5 game.

Ive been having some problems where my Pokémon would load on the screen and I catch it but it doesnt show up in my captured. Also sometime when I click on a Pokémon that has just pops up it loads then vanishes and I miss out on some cool Pokémon.

Like the other guy said we need a friends feature to see where there. You should also show if other trainers of the same team are nearby

First: gathering enough friends to form a strong enough party to defeat legendaries is tough enough, let alone getting lucky and finding random people to party with. Second: catching the legendary after defeating it is even HARDER. No wild legendaries at all? Deflating all the fun generated by the excellent gym update a few weeks ago. Big mistake Niantic.

Since the update it takes forever to load- also if Im out playing Pokémon I used to be able to exit the app look at a text message and it wouldnt have to "reload" now it wants to reload the whole game its annoying because it takes so long Also kicks me out when Im pokemoning.... very frustrating during a raid

I love this game! Its unique, its flashy, its GREAT for exercise even. The only issue I have is that it makes my iPhone 7 really warm in a span of 15-30 minutes. I know that theres a lot to it, GPS, data, it just puts my phone to work. I just get really worried when my phone gets hot, and Ive come up with a semi-solution, I put the app itself, and my phone on low battery mode. Other than the heat, the game is awesome

Latest big updates seem to have killed the game. Froze while hatching at least 6 times over the past 3 days and Ive lost out on whatever I was hatching. Journal says I hatched, but never received the Pokémon character- 2 of which were new things. Also all of my incubators say Im still at .33, but the distance to hatch os normal distance. Not cool.

Havent received pokecoins from multiple gyms some of my Pokémon where in gyms for over 2 days some 1 day and I havent received any pokecoins and on the niantic website they say they cannnot duplicate the problem fix this issue seems like it might be either gym specific or trainer specific Either there was a glitch with the new version where you one get ONE COIN yes 1 coin per hour your Pokémon stays in the gym or they meant to make it only one coin so people are forced to use in app purchases for upgrades and items. It seems like niantic doesnt care about gameplay for the users just their money. Ive been playing since day one and every time they do a major update its to keep players from acquiring poke coins so they get more money from in app purchases.

Muitos hacker ainda, poucas moedas por dia, jogo fechando inesperadamente, valores nas compras de moedas um pouco elevados e por último e não muito menos importante a dificuldade dos lendários no Brasil é elevadíssima comparada aos outros países e isso é inaceitável. Agradeço se for feita essas mudanças. New gym update made the gyms way better, everyone can enjoy taking down the gyms without investing 30min knocking down a huge tower. The raid feature is bringing the neighbourhood back together after a year of hostilities caused by the old gym system. The gyms now regularly change hands and even lower level players are putting into them. Glad to see that more than just the highest level players are enjoying the game again. However the berry gyms from home feature is a huge mistake now when Im out for a walk and wanna take down a gym people are sitting at home berrying it for no reason so its like Im getting trolled by spoofers all the time but Im not its just honest players berrying the gyms, this is this worst feature ever added to the game, even the gyms Im in never go down anymore as one of the other players in the gyms berry like crazy to prevent others from taking them down even though weve been in them for 2 days or more, pls get rid of this feature altogether and add a timer so that people cant berry gyms for 15 minutes after theyve been attacked as people sometimes sit at gyms and guard them so they cant be taken out, very petty and frustrating when youre just trying to take a walk. Im about ready to give up on gyms altogether as theyre not worth the hassle fighting with the berry system in place

Every time I Attempt to open the app it crashes and sometimes when I look at someones Pokémon in a Gym it also crashes to home screen please fix!!

Great game but I singed in and the next day I had to sigh in agin and it didnt work ☹️

Used to enjoy this game but its hard to enjoy something when you cant sign in. I have been getting authentication errors for a few weeks now so I guess its just time to uninstall.

The legendary are awesome

A friend or social feature that allows your to message and notify other trainers, exchange candy and or Pokémon. Itll make the gym feature more social and club like because trainers will want to help each other build stronger Pokémon collections to protect their gym.
