Pokémon GO App Reviews

Been playing it since it first came out and the game play has gotten ten times better then what it used to be...but theyre some sucky qualities about it still. Sometimes when I try to battle it gyms it glitches me out to where I cant fight. During the legendary raid of Lugia I was in, it was me and 13 other players playing and we still didnt get him because it kept kicking people out. Another thing its pretty cool how yall did the regional thing but I live in Virginia and its no way Ill be able to go to other countries and play the game because of the cost for plane tickets so you should do more events to where the Pokémon will go to the places instead of staying in that one area, but over all awesome game play and I will continue playing it

This review is to explain how although Im an avid fan of Pokémon Go the game playing problems are making it hard to keep giving niantic 2nd,3rd,4th chances. The concept is cool. You walk around interacting w/ new people and while traveling you get some exercise in amazing. Then we have the dreaded issues continuing today. Server Crashes, random app force closes, glitching and freezing, then you go into your own pocket to keep up an the item counters count down whether the games open or closed. So when you use an item and get force closed that takes minutes to hours to come back youll lose that item you purchased. (VERY UNFAIR). I would love to give a review to Niantic (5stars) but until these critical issues are resolved and other players realize that may never truly fix these issue those should stop purchasing from the shop.

The new gym system has a major flaw! You are unable to get your Pokémon out once in. One of my top 3 has been defending for 15 days now at near 0 health and no sight of return! 50 gold max if he is in for 8 hr or 2 weeks,

We reeeely need a trading system so you can trade with you friends and you should add friends so you can do that and make its so you can see other players walking around when they rely are in real life

The game is good, the update is great, but every time I go to do a raid it kicks me out and I lose a raid pass

It is a very great game but I wish their wasnt a cap for how much your Pokémon can make at a gym. Lets say you have defended a gym for 3 days and have other Pokémon in other gyms holding that down but the cap only lets you make 50 that first day so in that case you wont make anything for holding down the the other 2 days or from your other Pokémon, this is very displeasing. And would it kill you to add a friends list, plus a messaging system.

Im constantly wasting raid passes because when I try to do a raid with my friends, my screen keeps saying ERROR!!! Its very frustrating, itll let me get at least one battle in and then just keeps saying error. Ive tried to refresh and turn wifi off, I have at&t so my service is fine... Another downside to raids, its almost impossible to defeat the legendaries with my friends and were all level 25....And when we do none of us can capture them. Pokémon Go isnt as big as it was when it started, so its rare that any other person is doing a raid with my friends and I. Shouldnt take 13 or 17 players to defeats legendary in a small town...

So I logged in with google now the app doesnt let you use your google account so it feels time wasted fix it

Before the legendary pokèmon update I had the option to sign in to a Facebook account to play. But now I HAVE to use my Pokèmon account. WHY GAME FREAK WHY?!?!?!? P.S I cant play and I want ho-oh!

Awsome game and is so fun!!! Lovin this legendary event and go fest bonuses. I am currently a lvl 28 and i play almost every day!!!

This game is absolutely lit the only problem is that there is no kind of friend feature or even a league. So a league would show everybody who joined your team whether it being mystic instinct or valor and you could use signals to notify your league that you need help with a raid or a gym. This game is amazing I just wish it was a bit more interactive with other players.

this app was hot for no more then 3 months then it died fast. dont get me wrong when it was hot it was on fire but now i dont no anyone who plays or see anyone in public play anymore. sad but Pokémon and Nintendo is on its last limb

Needs an update to fix a glitch where Candela is appearing to appraise Instinct pokemon instead of Spark.

This app is horribly designed as far as ram allocation goes. It is constantly crashing on an iPhone 7 plus. No clue how others play on older devices.

I think it would be super cool if we had a friend system so that we could look up each others usernames. And when, and only when the players become mutual friends they could trade things like potions and poke balls.

The version that I want to invent is basically the same thing accept with HORSES! Instead of having regular Pokémon why not have different animal? What I want to do is have different breeds of horses because some people dont like Pokémon but some people like horses! So why not try a different version? It would make me the happiest person in the world! Thank you for reading, HorseLover101

July, 2017 Edit: Gym rework, raids, and legendary Pokémon have breathed new life into the game. Niantic still needs to work on heavy resource drain causing phone to overheat, gym battles to glitch, and frequent app crashes. Original: Very fun and a great way to get out and explore your neighborhood and city. Servers have had major issues, inconsistent stability, and the game is loaded with bugs, though. Hoping they get it fixed soon and add new features and game modes to give the game more long term playability.

Its a good game even though its considered dead. One thing I would like to recommend is to improve the poke balls when trying to catch a raid Pokémon. I wanted to catch an articuno but I couldnt even with golden raspberries. I think it would be nice to improve them just a little bit.

Where I live in Hazard Kentucky there hardly any poke gyms around in my area and how am aI join the team with out Pokémon gym near by, there couple in Lexington, whitesberg, but that far away from here
