Pokémon GO App Reviews

My son & I loved this game when it came out. Everyone was out talking about it and having fun together and it got my 8 year old out of the house and having family time rather than playing video games in the house. Neighbors and co-workers were even playing at one time. Then the constant updates started, lack of balls when you spin to keep the game going, then the speed control, if Im walking "were going to fast", then the pokestops got to where he cant spin while were in the car, as a passenger. Even though it makes you hit a button saying youre a passenger. No one is going to pull over at every pokestop while driving so their kid could re-up his poke balls. Then it got to the point that you get the same Pokémon everyday, no more rare Pokémon pop up and now you cant evolve your guys without the newly added special items. We have yet to get one out of hundreds of pokestops Ive taken him too. If you would like to hatch eggs to get the same million items you already have, not get your spins, get a million potions and raspberries you dont use much of, waste your balls you dont get much of & having everything break out of an egg and leave you in the dust, this is the game for you! For us, were disappointed enough were ready to delete. Way to ruin a good thing, Pokémon Go/ Niantic! Such a shame a once really fun game we enjoyed together turned into a really irritating crappy game.

Why would you change the game so much? Catching Pokémon to evolve was never part of Pokémon so its truly not really Pokémon is it! Battling is also gone except for gyms? Which was for badges not poke coins? This isnt Pokémon its givemeyourmoneymon!

I love this game, its really fun and has made me more active. I recommend it to anyone who likes walking around. It allowed me to meet new people and stuff. Thanks Niantic!!

When I was downloading the game it asked for a account. I then had to tell it my moms email. And guess what. It said your guardian needs membership!!??????????

The game is good but you can make the girl half naked

I love this game! I would love to see a breeder update or a way to talk to other trainers at any time. ALSO please make shoes that are black and white to match any outfit, yes I know its petty but I love creating more divers avatars. Also...can we have team rocket sometime? Maybe as an enemy for everyone to fight against? Idk or team rocket gear... just want that involved somehow

Seriously turn it off!

Last update made the game very unstable. Constant crashing. Pogo plus doesnt work in the background anymore.

All yall who are pointing out these small errors and then rating this one star need to rethink their reasoning. This app in my opinion has one of the greatest concepts. DOWNLOAD

Nothing. I spent a lot of time getting to level 40 and feel it was wasted. There seems to be no difference between level 30 and 40 as far as Pokemon CP goes in the wild. I did not use a bot and spent money on incubators, lures, and a lot of lucky eggs. The level rewards are not worth the time once past 30, as you get more items at 20 then 35 when it takes so much more XP. I enjoyed the gen 2 but really feel they let you down when you get to higher levels. A Legendary character or at least higher CP once you hit 40 would have been a nice reward. Very disappointed.

I cant log on my account lvl 26 since the last update! Plz fix this... Disappointed..

So this is month 3 I believe and you still havent fixed your glitch so the game is barely playable. When I play the game it will load fine after the first download of the app but then the second time it freezes on a white screen in game so that the world I see is all white. Please fix, Ive waited patiently but this is getting ridiculous. You havent had even one update to fix glitches in forever. I used to love this game and I try to still but Im close to quitting so please fix this glitch!!!!! Thank you

This is rural discrimination because the app is heavily catered toward those in urban areas... and Niantic does nothing about it. They want rural players to BUY pokeballs. Some players have had good ideas such as allowing players to create their own Pokestops, or for pokeballs to spawn. But of course, Niantic doesnt add that in because theyd rather make money. Sick. Deleted the app.

The app does not work and when I try to get it again it doesnt load. Its been two weeks since l reinstalled the app.

Cannot log in without being on data. Tried everything to resolve issue. Update soon please.

I was trying to catch a pikachu then I got raped by a bald white guy.

This app is terrible at reading your distances walked/traveled. I even have and use the watch app, and I can see all my distances recorded from my phone with the fitness app. So the watch app does write everything correctly to my phone. However, this seems to just arbitrarily read that data. For instance, I had 6.5km of recorded walking on my phone, yet I still couldnt hatch a 2Km egg! I have to kill everything and restart the entire process every .5km if I even want it to come close to being accurate. And since waking is such a critical part of this game, until they get this fixed, I find the game fairly useless.

Its a great game and all but it always keeps telling me that my gps signal cant be found, I love this game but it wont stop giving me this problem.
