Doesnt read walking distance worth a crap

This app is terrible at reading your distances walked/traveled. I even have and use the watch app, and I can see all my distances recorded from my phone with the fitness app. So the watch app does write everything correctly to my phone. However, this seems to just arbitrarily read that data. For instance, I had 6.5km of recorded walking on my phone, yet I still couldnt hatch a 2Km egg! I have to kill everything and restart the entire process every .5km if I even want it to come close to being accurate. And since waking is such a critical part of this game, until they get this fixed, I find the game fairly useless.
