My game never tracks where I walk. When I walk it stays in one play and says gps signal not connecting?

This new update was seemingly fun but obviously a desperate attempt for more money: 1. They have premium raid passes in the store but they only grant you a single, additional, raid instead of a 24 hour raid pass. A 24 hour pass would be ideal as then more players could fight in the raids - giving others a better opportunity to beat the raid boss. 2. The coin cap is absurd, you have to wait three days before you can even "purchase" an egg incubator assuming you hit the cap each day. 3. They keep creating new items without increasing the number you can carry. 4. With the new gym update the amount of time it takes for Pokémon to lose motivation is ridiculous. I dont have time to stake out a gym all day, and continuously feed Pokémon berries as I am obviously one of the few that play with a career. + This is old news, but they STILL did not rid of the speed ban! Also, the amount you have to walk to get a single candy for your buddy is ridiculous..it should be cut in half considering you need 125 candies to evolve most with 3 evolutions. Even with the "legendary" Pokémon release this summer, its become old, fast.

Just got back into the playing the game after you guys let it die out. Now my iPhone 6s is still crashing like yall claimed it wouldnt with this last update.

I spent my 100 coins on a moltres raid.. I was very disappointed when I got an error everytime I tried to battle it along with another 10 people. We all lost our raid pass. I would like a refund of 100 coins if possible.

Used a premium pass on a Moltres raid with another 10 people and it gave us all a Network error when we reached the bonus round and we tried to battle again and kept giving us an error, I would like a refund for my raid pass and whatever bonus for losing the chance to catch a legendary seeing as there is only a few more days to get one. Would appreciate a speedy response so I can get my raid pass back to try to get another Moltres.

You should update to be able to trade and send Pokémon to other players.

Pokémon go is a fantastic concept and game, but I will keep my rating at 1-star until I receive satisfactory customer service from niantic. I have been gypped out of multiple premium raid passes and boss catching attempts due to errors and was told to "start the raid earlier next time". When i receive a proper response and a refund for my in game purchases, i will update this review accordingly.

So, I was trying to catch a moltress and a lugia and guess what? Thanks to the stupid idea of having very limited premiere balls and the golden razz berries being horrible at helping you catch the legendaries, the Pokémon got away. Fix this, Niantic because these features are absolute trash!! How can you catch them all when the game pretty much prevents you from catching the only ones worth getting?

Really really great game and i highly recommend!! Its fun, and actually gets me outside of my house! But lately, it has been kicking me out of the game whenever i try to go to raid battles or try to battle gyms. Please take care of this Niantic!

Pokémon go, is an awesome game, but apparently Niantic isnt very concerned about how many people play their game because of the recent updates. All this began when the time for Pokémon to spawn was changed from 5 to 10. Not a big deal, it was still fun and promoted walking. Then, there was a small grace period before they released their second fatal update. They scrapped their tracking system. SERIOUSLY? THEY REMOVED THE ONLY WAY TO FIND POKÉMON ACCURATELY! That also removed all third party scanners, which literally was the only reason most of the players actually went to catch Pokémon. But more advanced trackers like FPM survived. Then they killed any form of hope by adding a captcha robot detector feature. Which removed all the advanced third party scanners. Being able to actually know where the Pokémon I wanted to catch were was the only reason I played Pokémon go. But I still played for a while by riding my bike and running certain trails. But then, the final straw was when Pokémon ceased to appear if you walked, ran or biked too fast. Now, all I can do in Pokémon go is walk around at the speed of "Old man" to catch a pidgey or two. Or if Im lucky, a rare and elusive rattata. Thats how much I care at this point. Pokémon go lost like 90% of its players because of Niantics wrong decisions. Also, seriously, the buddy system is is complete and total garbage. "Let me walk 5km to get 1 candy for my eevee!" And dont forget about Pokémon gos high end "nearby" tracking system. Which is completely broken. There was a koffing on the last slot (which means it was the farthest away) and suddenly it appears right in front of me. All in all, I dont think Niantic even cares about this game anymore. They removed key features and made the game unplayable. "prepare to be the very best like no one ever was, because they are throwing out all that made Pokémon interesting and keeping the part where you walk back and forth in the grass until something happens" UPDATE: SERIOUSLY NIANTIC Daily rewards?! Is that honestly the best you can do??? When will trading and player battling come! by this time next year, Pokémon go will be history if you dont start putting your priorities straight, do you want to end up like hello games? UPDATE 2: CRAP TRACKING Once again you let us down, we were thinking big, Trading! BATTLING! LEGENDARIES! Some even went as far as to say GEN II. But instead of all that you bring us... The removing of tracking for rural areas... and a few measly, useless, baby Pokémon. And the worst of all, (though old news) you cant collect pokestops while riding to school, or going to the mall in an uber. UPDATE 2.5: Ive had an epiphany. Even though it was pretty obvious, This game had the potential to stay in the top 5 grossing, because they are using a franchise most people would love, they had the opportunity to implement many features that could have made the game SOOOOO much better, they had the resources, but they didnt have the skill... Out of all the app companies... out of all the great app developers... They had to choose the most incompetent, most useless and crummy app developing company... Niantic. they have only had two apps before Pokémon go " Ingress " which I have to say, most people like it but it still looks pretty crummy and poorly made. And that other "nature walk" one I dont even want to talk about. All in all, we have to face the facts... "Niantic" is incompetent UPDATE 3: Its too late Its too late Incompetent Niantic, your game is DEAD and theres no saving it. At magic kingdom where there are supposed to be a TON of people that play pokemon go, but there are only venonats and garbage like that. No matter what you do to try to revive this game, its already over, you are done, THIS GAME IS DEAD, even my diehard pokemon go friend is starting to quit, no one even remembers this game anymore. UPDATE 4: Legendaries Wow legendaries were released ON ACCIDENT after their event was a total fail, not only that, but since this game is dead its extremely hard to get enough people to join in on your raid to beat the legendary. Even if you do beat it, it has a 3% capture rate, so its literally impossible to catch them Yet I still play

Each time I defeat a raid, which already takes a long time, there is like a 0.00001% chance that youll even catch a legendary. And even you do get it, legendaries arent even strong to use in battle. Dont waste money on coins.
