Raid problems

Im constantly wasting raid passes because when I try to do a raid with my friends, my screen keeps saying ERROR!!! Its very frustrating, itll let me get at least one battle in and then just keeps saying error. Ive tried to refresh and turn wifi off, I have at&t so my service is fine...

Another downside to raids, its almost impossible to defeat the legendaries with my friends and were all level 25....And when we do none of us can capture them. Pokémon Go isnt as big as it was when it started, so its rare that any other person is doing a raid with my friends and I. Shouldnt take 13 or 17 players to defeats legendary in a small town...
