I was logged out my account with good Pokémon can you help me retrieve it I forgot my passwords

Dear Niantic, I purchased premium passes. I waited painstakingly at raids for 2 hours to have enough people to take down lugia. I won the raid. But the game crashes before I could even try catching!!!! This happened twice already! Usually the game would load back to the capture screen, but it doesnt work when the raid is over! Which is just plain unfair! Its not even my own error. Are you just going to put a timer and even if we won the raid, got to the capture screen, and the game crashes, we are punished for that????

I really want to,play and it just crashes I tried on 2 devices 12 gigabytes on each still

Once again the server issues are starting up. Got kicked at the end of a lugia raid and couldnt get back in. Tried spinning the gym and did nothing. Im tired of getting hyped up for this game only to get let down time and time again. Travels 15 miles to get him too. Smh fix your servers!

Fix that Pokémon Go Plus bugs!!! It always looses connection and the app crashs, when running in background. The app uses to much CPU resource in background and gets killed. Since months no fix is available!

Try this update again please

Mon dieu, quelle connerie!! * * * * * 16 oct 2016 Since your 2 recent updates, my Pokémon Go Plus doesnt work properly. I can no longer catch Pokémons with Pokémon Go Plus (pogo+). When I click the PoGo+ to catch a Pokémon (green led), it turns off the PoGo+ icon on my iphone screen (its grayed out). I have to reactivate it every time I try to catch a Pokemon. Note that my bag is NOT full and there is lot of space to catch more. Pokéstops are ok though and I can catch them without any problems with my PoGo+. This problem occurs on iPhone 6, while sitting still OR walking around. I tried many things to fix this. Sign off the game, uninstall Pogo+. Nothing fixed the problem. About the game, I still get kicked out of gyms after fighting.

I am having so many crashes that the game is unplayable...

I seem to have more issues with crashes since the new update

Fun game but takes forever to load, tons of glitches/crashes and every update gets worse. Apple Watch app is terrible, I never get notifications for Pokémon or poke stops but after I turn it off I have tons of "notifications"

When I play, everything is so fun! Feels so exciting when I catch a Pokémon! But this can be dangerous when walking.?

The game is good and would be better if niantic actually listened to their users. Edit: July 2017 Still not listening to us

Unplayable with new update, every time I go to a gym battle it is giving network error. The latest update supposedly "fixed" this (never had it happen until today), but looks like it actually created problems

Unless you live in a big city like New York or LA dont bother playing this game you will never get any good Pokémon. I hacked the game and was shocked at how hard it would be to play this game legitimately. Its pretty easy to play in a big city if you walk an average of 50km a day, but if you live in a rural area forget it. At least in cities you can track the Pokémon by the poke stops, but in rural areas where stops are few and far between youre pretty much walking around blind. Even with cheating in this game I wasnt able to catch rare Pokémon even though I was able to teleport to different locations at will and had a joystick which enabled me to walk in game without walking in real life. The game is a complete money grab for people in rural areas. Do everyone a favor and boycott this game until they make it more fair for everyone. I mean seriously to catch all Pokémon you will have to physically travel to every continent, sorry that we arent all millionaires and dont have that time and money niantic.

I was very upset when raids came out and it would take my extra coins and not let me finish the raid, not to mention I couldnt get through a full gym line up without it kicking me out of the battle. So many times I errored out and my team could finish so they did and I couldnt beat it alone. The bug looked like it was finally fixed so I gave it another go. The last two days alone Ive had 4 raid passes go to waste. Im furious. I gave it a second shot and I am done. So done. Congrats, you made money off me but never again will I spend one cent on this game. All together thats 800 coins I didnt get anything from that Ill never see again. Not okay. Terrible standard. I can understand glitches, but if it kicks you out mid raid, it should at the very least refund your pass. I am beyond angry. Glad I can at least battle in gyms without kicking me to the curb but I want to raid and that just isnt an option. Update: With the latest update I cant battle a full gym on my own again. The timing for the update was superb means how it came right when they took the first legendary down. Whats the point in playing any more. I will never have a complete dex plus I cant battle. Cant decide if I should blame I phones or the app

This game is incredibly fun to play with family and friends. Keep up the great work.

I have 10.1 version on my iPhone and the app doesnt even open... it use to but since they have updated it its not working.
