Ive enjoyed the game since it first came out. When its working, its a lot of fun and gets me outside and jogging. That said, since the newest update Ive not been able to play. Niantic as far as customer service goes is rubbish. All automated responses and no helpful information.

It asked me if Im a passenger & Im literally just walking ? & whats up with the warning ⚠️ Im legit, not even on a high level ?

I tried playing in my 5 bedroom 5 appartlement city and it wasnt workin to its full my dick fell off

No matter how many times a restart the game, I keep facing a white screen and I cant do anything! FIX IT

Game is good, BUT I have noticed recently that I try to catch Pokémon it takes A LOT more pokeballs to catch things.. I am lvl 22 I used an ULTRA BALL to catch a lvl 191 Abra (green circle) hit with berry and got a "Great" and it popped out then ran. Happens with Pikachu, the few Charizards Ive found wild (under 500cp). Also day and night doesnt work properly it takes 3-6 reboots of the app on iPhone 7 to correct the issue, poke stops say "try again" MORE then half the time people playing in my area also complain of the same thing... Pokemon sighting screen will remain blank saying NO Pokémon are around and I live in a big city (will correct after multiple reboots of the app) (Update) its been over a week and the daily streaks keep resetting everyday I start over at day 1 making no progress which is VERY annoying! UltraBalls Phase through Pokémon head resulting in a wasted ultra balls...

Was glitchy in the beginning and is still glitchy now. Cant even open the game anymore.

This review is just about the app on the Apple Watch. The app has been around long enough that I should not be getting kicked off of it constantly while trying to use it

I love this game! I love going hunting for new Pokémon but I so badly want to change my team from yellow to blue. It upsets me that I cant change my team. Im to high of a level & so far in my pokedex to start over. I would like to see an update where you are prompted to change your team to a team of choice. I really want to change from yellow to blue!

Timed battles, horrible catch rates, only 2 moves with no strategy whatsoever, if youre 8 (like my siblings) you still have to abide by the "Youre going too fast!" screen, and there is constant freezing and lagging. Go play Pokémon Sun and Moon. Much better than this crap.

I really like this game expect for two things. I want to see more rare Pokémon and I want to switch teams because we all are on different teams and it harder to take down gyms and keep them. I am really looking forward for the team switch. And also many other things like pvp and especially trading to make this game more popular once again. I would also like legendary Pokémon and make them available. I really also want to see generation 2 because this game is becoming unpopular. And needs a big update to make it big again. Even the money used on this going because there no point in catching the same Pokémon.

I played this game everyday for months. I loved the characters they were introducing. However, ever since mid-December I havent been able to load the game. It wont load past the white niantic home page. I thought theyd notice how many other users have also stopped using the app in their user ratings and fixed the issue in an update. Yet here we are 4 months later and the app still wont load. Im super disappointed.

This app is full of bugs and its not the fun kind! More use cases, test scripts and UAT please!! People will be turned off by a buggy app more than they would an app that doesnt various clothing selection for an avatar. Prioritize please please!

Ive been playing this game for the past 9 months, Ive caught 181 pokemon, havent missed one day playing and since yesterday its not working at all!! I open it but when it goes to google it glitches. Ive written emails and reported it but nothing. Maybe is Gods way to tell me I should join the other humans and just live my life ?????

The app crashes all the time and when I just open the app nothing loads up. Also dont like how most the people that I know have most of the Pokemon because they used a hack version of the game and dont get banned :(
