Needs updates

Game is good, BUT I have noticed recently that I try to catch Pokémon it takes A LOT more pokeballs to catch things.. I am lvl 22 I used an ULTRA BALL to catch a lvl 191 Abra (green circle) hit with berry and got a "Great" and it popped out then ran. Happens with Pikachu, the few Charizards Ive found wild (under 500cp). Also day and night doesnt work properly it takes 3-6 reboots of the app on iPhone 7 to correct the issue, poke stops say "try again" MORE then half the time people playing in my area also complain of the same thing... Pokemon sighting screen will remain blank saying NO Pokémon are around and I live in a big city (will correct after multiple reboots of the app)

(Update) its been over a week and the daily streaks keep resetting everyday I start over at day 1 making no progress which is VERY annoying! UltraBalls Phase through Pokémon head resulting in a wasted ultra balls...
