It has potential but Im very disappointed

I played this game everyday for months. I loved the characters they were introducing. However, ever since mid-December I havent been able to load the game. It wont load past the white niantic home page. I thought theyd notice how many other users have also stopped using the app in their user ratings and fixed the issue in an update. Yet here we are 4 months later and the app still wont load. Im super disappointed.
