Theme game is amazing but when you have Pokémon you cant really use them except for in gyms. There needs to be like buddy challenges for friends who have this game to be able to battle with them when you come across them when out hunting for Pokémon. Keep up the good work!

Would be cool if it had more features. Battling wild Pokemon to capture them, trading amongst players, and I live out in the middle of nowhere, with hardly any Pokéstops or Gyms. Not very fun, and Im surrounded by all the basic Pokémon that Ive caught time and time again. From what Ive read, you cant catch all the Pokemon by just staying in your state, or even your continent. I personally dont want to spend hundreds of dollars in travel fees to catch Pokémon ^_^ but hey, going on vacation? Might be a good idea to bring your little pocket buddy along. Itd also be kinda neat-o to find random objects while walking around. Just like how Pokémon randomly pop up, maybe a backpack or something can pop up and have useful items in it. Anyways overall, its an ok game, really fun at first. :) Edit: Since they limited the speed at which you can go to properly operate the app, its almost impossible to get any good Pokemon in my state. We dont have big dense cities with tons of Pokéstops. I understand the whole precaution to playing and driving, but I mean at least limit the no play function to people doing high speeds, like on highways. Games getting better, and is definitely a must play. (Its free...)

Anniversary event was just another way for niantic to make money, not actually providing content for players except another stupid pikachu

The anniversary event has started with little encouragement to play. How about an a la carte sale so we can buy what we use?

Please Niantic, start listening to the community! What are you waiting for? Something like Digimon Go to kill this app?

It had so much potential . But almost all is wasted now

The developers of this game clearly dont care or listen to what users are saying. Worst customer service/connection to the fan base Ive ever seen. They only care about money.

This thing is ascing me for GSP signal and I have no clue what it is ahhhhhhh its gonna drive me crazy

This game was not developed to create a great pokemon game. This game was developed with nothing but greed in mind. A company that doesnt care about the game or the community. Simply money. Brutal.

This game used to be great but now developers only care about money. The 1 year anniversary box pushed me to write this review. Quite the $10 scam

I cant sign in, it tells me to choose my account, I did but then it just goes through the same thing over and over again. It worked fine this morning.

I love this game and I was wondering if you could put a pokemon gym in Sherkston Shores in Port Colborne, ON. I was staying there all summer last year and was really bummed out when I ran out of pokeballs and had to wait till my parents drove me into town to stock up. I know that there is a pokestop down the street but with how big the camp ground is and how close it is to the highway I think it would be great if there was at least one pokemon gym in the camp grounds. I also believe a lot of the campers that plays pokemon go would appreciate it very much. 409 Empire Rd Port Colborne ON Canada

This game used to be so fun and now I dont feel like its worth it anymore. You cant collect coins from the gyms anymore so, why even play?!

Constant network error messages, app crashing & freezing? Its not even fun to play because the app wont stay open for more than 5min.

Best game ever created for a mobile device. It is half way between a fitness app and a pokemon game, plus it uses Augmented Reality and it is becoming more social than facebook. After the last update Hardcore players and casuals can now cooperate and, somehow, even players from different teams can cooperate as well. Ive played Pokemon Go every day since day 1 and, sincerely, i cant understand why people are undervoting it so much.

What a joke. Way to kill the fanbase in one fell swoop. Money grabbing company nowhere near concerned for the players. And this 1 year anniversary shows it.

Officially a year since release, and still disappointed. For a game with easy potential, its almost remarkable how mediocre Niantic has managed to make this game. Instead of working to improve the bugs and balancing, they instead have strived to find further ways to squeeze money from the players. I recommend waiting to download until Niantic realises that their users arent simply money bags, and work on the bugs have have been present for almost a full year now.

This game was amazing in the months of July and August. I was able to meet up with my friends and go to our local Duckpond that had 8 Poke-stops with constant lures always on them. At night, it was the most fun. Since everyone was off work there would be at at least 100 to 200 people waking around. As soon as someone would shout "CHAMELEON!" The entire crowd would rush over to that spot and try to catch it. People set up shops in the pond selling water and sodas because of the 102 degree heat. It was good. And of course it died down. Once I heard of the new event I was excited. Maybe it could bring a lot of people back. It could be better spawn rates for rares? Double Exp? Double Stardust? Haha Jk. We are gonna give you Pikachu with a hat and some discounts in the store. The new update is good some bugs. But Niantic if you want people to come back. Set a date. You should spike all the pokestops with lures constantly for 1 or 2 days. That would be an event. Niantic you need to listen to your community. Bring back the original tracking. This game can become great again.
