I dont like how the game forces you to use your wireless connection minutes. You cant function in the game without it. It is useless to me, add an off-line mode!

The transfer should be able to be undone. I accidentally transferred my two best Pokémon and didnt realize it till it was to late ???????

Finally updating my review. Buggyness is gone since last year. Gym revamp and Pokecoin income a nice change. Neat app, at least when in a city which is where I live.

Premiers Balls are not functioning seriously correctly the ball are going too extremely to freaking low on higher raids Lv4. And the golden razz berry supposed be easily to catch but makes it lot more harder it needs seriously more look into they arent making easily catch I say No Legendary Yet until this issue is Resolved and Look Through

This is a good game, but its nothing compared to the potential it has. Developer needs to step it up and stop sabotaging themselves.

Gym rework makes it accessible to all players, also raids are super fun!

It hasnt let me login since the second to last update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, tried logging in with PTC and google and both had the can not be authenticated message come up, so while there were many times this was a 5 star app not being able to login for going on a month knocks it down quite a bit.

It really is a great game, that being said the support from Niantic is awful. The game is buggy and there is never any improvements made. The reveal trailer showcased features that still arent here an entire year later. Shame on Pokemon for licensing with a company that cares so little for its work.

Ive been playing since the day Pokemon Go launched. It was really fun at first learning how to play, new Pokemon to catch, battling gyms. It was a challenge to see how many gyms you could hold to get 100 coins per day. But now gyms are super easy to take down even if they are full. It used to take me an hour to take down a gym but myself now if the game doesnt keep crashing it takes 25 minutes tops. Some gyms rotate a lot while others in less public places can sit for days and not change a bit. So if your Pokemon gets stuck in a gym you never get coins. Like others say the 50 coin limit is too little and there isnt near the incentive to fight gyms. There doesnt seem to be much incentive now to have Pokemon with higher CP. I know a lot of people put Pokemon with smaller CP in gyms in hopes of getting kicked out sooner so they get their coins. I have found though even if the CP is lower it usually takes just as many battles to knock them out of the gym because after beating one with lower CP, less CP is lost, higher CP, more CP is lost. I dont know why some are complaining about it being harder to catch Pokemon. The rings are smaller on only a few and if you dont want them moving around just use a Nanab Berry. Even without its not hard to catch them. My four year old granddaughter catches them fine. The raids are fun, but because so many have stopped playing sometimes there are no other players to help fight and I can usually only successfully fight the pink eggs by myself. I havent had an issue catching the Pokemon after a raid. Lures and incense are useless. Maybe if a less common Pokemon showed up it might be worth it. But its always the most common ones that you can catch anywhere. I hope gen 3 comes out soon because the raids are really the only thing keeping me playing now. Otherwise its pretty boring. But even those I have all the Pokemon except one and one is nice to build candies to evolve. But I pretty much just play for the CP and bonus items.

I like it but there needs to have more updates and events ☹️

Despite it being long past release, this barely functional game has delivered on so few promises, it makes the devos for No Mans Sky look like angels. The only updates that seem to matter to this game are new ways to take your money.

1 Year Anniversary Update Boy oh boy its been a year. Through many ups and downs, Niantic continues trending in the right direction, but this game still feels like a beta release. Many features are not implemented (PvP, trading, breeding, NPCs), but Niantic has continued to add features and revamp old ones (Boss Raids, new Gym Battles, Gen 2, Type Effectiveness/Immunities). Unfortunately, for every two steps forward Niantic seems to take a step back, with Raids being buggy and unbalanced. Not to mention the "anniversary box" sale item which will surely be known as a legendary fumble and an example of what NOT to do to your fan base. Subjective opinions aside, Pokémon Go is at heart a game about "going", and the GPS system is functioning much more effectively than in launch, and Niantic does offer a lot of events to keep players interested. That being said, with the current state of the game I am dropping my rating by one star down to 3*s. Niantic needs to do a better job of listening to its player base and remember just who is in charge here. Were making them rich. They need to act accordingly, and stop making moves towards micro transactions so necessary. Yes, its F2P, and they need to make a profit, but squeezing us for every last cent will turn more players off every day. That said, I highly recommend this game as it gets you outside and can lead to meeting new people. As long as you can put up with Niantics shenanigans.

Really sucks when you want to get back on the game but the authenticate page that pops up doesnt work - guess I wont be back on!!!!

.the game has massively improved but theres still stuff to do: Why cant I be black? Even with the darkest settings, I still look like Hindu. GIVE ME AN AFRO OR SOMETHING! Nest tracking. Lets us know where the nests are in game. Trading...still waiting. GSP tracking. When I ride my bike, it doesnt track proper distance. Evolved Pokémon below 1000cp has to stop. A 400cp Magmar is basically a retarded Pokémon. And lastly, seriously, why is it hard for video games to make black peoples? Seems only Skyrim, WWE and Saints Row do it right!

It would be really great if you would add a daily reward of pokeballs and pokecoins for those people who dont have data or cant get wifi except at their own house.Because we cant go to pokestops,we have to wait till we level up and if you have no pokeballs,you cant easily get xp to level up.Thank you.

The gyms really need work. My boyfriend and I will go and defeat a gym together, and then either we have to add Pokémon in at the exact same time, or it will only allow one of us to. Also, Ive had several Pokémon come back after defending a gym for hours or even days and then not get any coins. Just today I had 4 come back and not a single coin from any, when I usually get 50 from each Pokémon. Fixes on gyms definitely need to be made.
