----ORIGINAL REVIEW---- Even with all the glitches this is an addicting game. Keeps me playing everyday. ----EDIT---- After a year of playing, I can safely change my review score to 1 star. It barely even deserves the one star. Tons of glitches and the developer just seems to either not care or not he able to fix them. Ive had countless problems over the year with this game. Sign on issues, lag, errors, overheating my iPhones, you name it. Ive put a total of $60 in iTunes credit into the game. All wasted at this point. The app keeps crashing during raid battles and has started overheating my new iPhone 7 plus. Im done with this game. Shame on you Niantic. Way to make Pokemon not fun at all.

As a 24 year old, die hard Pokemon fan, I give this game 5 stars!!!

TLDR: if you want to be competitive, dont bother unless you live in the middle of a city and dont have a day job; if you want to have fun, uninstall this game and play the console Pokémon games that youd really rather be playing, anyway. I really wanted to like this game; Pokémon games made my childhood - but the way Pokémon Go was designed, if you dont live in a densely populated area, just give up because you will not be able to have anything remotely resembling a pleasant gaming experience. Pokestops and Gyms are the entire game. Sure, itd be great to go off and do your own thing, walking the distance and occasionally catching something, but without pokestops, you will run out of pokeballs drastically faster than they can be replenished unless (again) you live in a very densely populated area. Likewise, you cant hope to enjoy the gym scene unless you have a large supply of medical items at your disposal which you can (AGAIN) only get from pokestops. The release of legendaries makes this problem even worse; with minimum suggested raid sizes of 20 to even be able to defeat a legendary (dont even think about trying to catch one), its impossible unless you live in a very densely populated area (or just happens to have a group of 20 eager friends willing to meet up and battle a gym after work). On top of that, with the availability of legendaries being limited to a short time window, if you miss it (because you dont live in a city and have the flexibility to be available during peak foot traffic times), youre permanently out of luck. This ultimately limits legendary attainment to those who can afford the time and resources to travel to a major event area (like Chicago during the anniversary), and because they are so much more powerful than standardly-obtainable Pokémon, this limits competitiveness to a very small select few (articuno alone is a giant counter to just about every pseudo-legendary which are primarily dragon-types). Long story short: if you want to be competitive, dont bother unless you live in the middle of a city and dont have a day job; if you want to have fun, uninstall this game and play the console Pokémon games that youd really rather be playing, anyway.

I would like you to change the daily maximum of pokecoins I can earn per day. If my Pokémon stays at a gym for 2 days I should earn 100 coins otherwise whats the point of feeding it berries. Also if more than one Pokémon come back I should earn coins for each of them. Why should I take over more than one gym if I dont earn more coins?

There are lots of colors and pictures to choose in coloring book. Its so relaxing and a bit addicting.

Needs the bugs fixed! We go to raid battles and then at the end of the battle the game freezes or completely crashes resulting in not catching legendary Pokémon. Would be good if the game actually worked

Crash constantly, and it will throw my avatar a few blocks away from my standing location at the gym spot. This happens when I was at the Times Square. Asked peer raiders, and the answer is good luck if you can get close enough to the gym. I had to literally walk around the blocks and jump in by chance. By random chance. I got so frustrated and disoriented. Spent money in the raids but not able to catch any. It should be a 5 minutes thing, but it took me half hour. Battery was totally drained and shut down when ready to battle. Worst app experience ever!!!

I get to Pokémon Go with my friends but I have suggestions! 1. Make it so that all of the players are connected so we can see each other on the maps! 2. Make it so that we can battle against other players Pokémon! I think that would make the game 10x more exciting. Not just the gym battles but just regular friend against friend battles. 3. You should have Pokémon battle tournaments! 4. We should also have Pokémon pageants like the series! 5. It could use more of a storyline. 6. Let us be able to make our OWN teams! 7. Add more Pokémon! Hybrids! Thats about it. I think the great is a great way to get off your butt and go exercise.

I really really would love to continue playing this game but with all the technical failures I have finally decided to quit. Every raid ends with a hopeless network error or glitch. I am not going to pay for terrible service thats not how business works. Get you stuff together Niantic people are getting tired of your continued failure.

Great game but the legendaries are a little hard to get. I am a free to play played so I only get 1 free raid pass per day (I dont spend my pokécoins because I am trying to get the bag upgrade). I have fought an articuno raid everyday but it keeps running from me because I run out of premier balls. I only caught my Lugia because I was super lucky and critical caught it.

Its a great game to play outside then rather staying inside playing video games. The game does have some bugs which it annoys me. Overall I love it.

Every time i play this game it crashes mid gym battle even catching Pokemons i lost a chance on catching lugia because of this bug

Theres definitely a bug. Ive been trying to enter a name, but every time I click "OK" for the nickname part, It ALWAYS says "That Name Isnt Available." ????????

The amount of crashes and errors that this game gets a full year after release is absolutely ridiculous.

In the beginning this game was good.. but now is the worst game ever "TO MANY BUGS AND ERRORS Especial when you try to bring down GYMS" error messages appear to dont let continue.. dont play this GAME . You will be disappointment..

The Pokémon on my screen will pop up and then within less of a second they will go away and I cant even catch them I missed a Lugia bc of this

This game is already hard enough, and for those of us who are honestly trying to play this game, the constant changing of distance to walk a Pokémon has become vexing. Why, on what basis of logic, do you have so many Pokémon set to 100 or more candies win unpractical distance requirement to earn them by walking said Pokémon? Just yesterday the distance was changed to 3KM from 1KM for the Bayleef... for 100 candies... keep making it harder on players and everyone will quit.

This game is well thought out and has a lot of potential but I have noticed that there isnt any easy way to make pokecoins in game unless u use real money, and i will not spend a lot of money on this game just because the bureaucrats at niantic dont think about their users.
