Pokémon GO App Reviews

The game is fun enlightening and Niantic keeps things interesting in terms of play. Unfortunately, they cant match that with a good solidly programmed app. It barely has a grasp on GPS which it depends on for gameplay. You can be standing still outside on a clear day, but the app has your avatar darting back and forth over a two block area (and then accuses you of going too fast). The latest update has made things worse as it crashes on launch about three of every five times, and freezes mid-play half of the times it does launch. Niantic: Keep your game designers. Fire your iOS programmers.

First off, the speed limits. Youre just causing drivers to slow down in town to get their stops. Plus youre keeping a lot of potential players away. The same issues continue to happen (gym dodge lag, game freezing). Awesome game concept, poor execution so far On top of all this, spoofers and multi-accounters are ruining the game. Gyms used to be diverse, now its just putting something high enough to not get knocked out by a multi-accounter

Two updates ago this game started crashing when hitting a pokestop or catching a Pokémon. Not to thrilled with it anymore.

Still a great game and addicting. Especially once you get the Pokemon Go Plus. Only thing i really hate is the Plus ONLY USES REGULAR POKEBALLS!!! Why is this a thing? It should use all balls. I can understand not being able to choose. But still being able to is great. I mean when you reach higher levels they give you more of the other types compared to the normal ones. So in other words, they want you to spend money to get reg ones.

I really love Pokémon go. I was really excited when I first read about it, played it etc. my complaint is that it has a habit of freezing, restarting after navigating from the app (even for a second), or showing a blank page, and when I walk around to hatch my eggs they arent counting the km I walk. Im still going to play the game I just hope a few things will be adjusted soon.

This game is a breakthrough. It is not perfect, but it is an original idea which shook the world for a short time but is dying, I would say because they did not wait to release it and it had many bugs, although it has improved and I hope it continues to improve.?

Its a great game. Even better with the Gen 2 Pokémon available now. But I would enjoy it even better if we could just battle the wild Pokémon out there and mot just throw pokeballs at them just to fail at catching them. That might give us an edge at catching them and evolving our Pokémon.

The game crashes constantly making it unplayable. SAD

Cant even log in to play anymore. Game just crashes directly to a white screen. Uninstalling, changing permissions, getting better signal dont work. So done with this garbage app.

I really needed a Nidoran to power up my Nidoking my strongest Pokémon (only 451 CP?) and it was right near my house!!! But before I could walk out the door I got the most saddest message ever "Pokémon Fled! " ? Aughhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whenever I talk to people about Pokémon go they always say their strongest Pokémon is almost 2,000!!!! Big difference 451-2,000!!!!! ADD MORE TIME FOR POKÉMON TO FLEE!!! I feel like screaming like Nidoking!

STOP forcing-update the App all the time! Come on, with a "minor text fixes" update... why is that necessary? You guys know that people play your game in a cellphone, right? You guys know that people play your game on the street, using LTE internet, right? Ill keep this 1 star review until you STOP this non-sense.

Currently its the best game and after each update it is better.

First of all, I like Pokémon and the game idea behind. BUT this game has still huge problems. Almost every time I start the App the game is crashing, closing, has graphic glitches and and and... this App is the worst game experience I made on Apple. I have a brand new iPhone 7 and the game starts slow as f&@#! The App for the Apple Watch is COMPLETELY useless!!! Why in the name of Pikachu is the Watch not at least equally to the annoying Pokémon Plus Equipment??? The most important functions which were advertised like trading and fighting other players 1:1 are still missing. Still no legendary Pokémons... I could go on and on...

Fix it, this sucks

Game is unplayable. Will crash within a minute of starting the app. Every time.

Cant play the game at all. The game doesnt load. It goes to the play screen but just shows my character in the bottom corner. Rest of the screen is white and cant do anything to fix it. Tried downloading app again. Can play game once and then same issue occurs. Please fix this

When the hell are u going to add trading and battling friends

This would have been a waaaay better game if it stopped crashing the second I open it I mean I have to either log out and back in to play 1 game!! Please fix like really we dont need "minor bug fixes" we need a all new update to stop the crashes

Please do as the title says! I live in a rural area and it is useless to play this game as there are no Pokémon around. I have to drive to town to even play this game and it is frustrating because I would rather walk around in my neighbourhood.
