Pokémon GO App Reviews

Every day I bike 1.4 miles to work with Pokémon Go on and I used to get credit for it, now I no longer do. Im not going super fast and I never get the "Youre going too fast! Are you a passenger?" warning. Whats the point in playing if I dont get the proper rewards?

Great game but some bugs are with pokey stops in the rode but I give this game a five star this is for Pokémon trainers I have the game it has no problem but two bugs and at night my friend saw a snake Pokémon and the cp was 666 So kids watch out but really just in joy the game its a really fun game

I love this game. Cant wait to see what updates come next.

I love this game, but there is always room for improvement. First off, you guys need to fix the HP sort option in your Pokémon info area/revives. 2: Please reduce the CP of raid bosses depending on how many people are actually participating( the only Tyranitar raid I was actually able to do had only six people) 3: Nerf Blissey 4: Add manual system so that you can call your Pokémon back to you when they are in gyms( I live in a small town where it is not uncommon to hold a gym for a week) Well, thats all I have to say for now. Keep being awesome, Niantic!

Every time a new update comes out they decide to change something that they think will make the game "better" but actually is all it does is hinders the experience I have been playing for about six months now and Ive slowly lost interest because of the constant annoying changes with the updates. They are taking a perfectly great game and slowly driving into the ground. I hope at some point they decide to read the reviews and make changes to actually help the game. 11/24/16 Thankful I Am Not! Thankfulness is what today is all about but unfortunately thankful I am not for Pokémon Go. This most recent update really made me mad, I worked so hard leveling up my favorite Pokémon only to be hit in the face with a debuff that makes them really pathetic. WHAT A WASTE OF THE LAST 6 MONTHS PLAYING!!! I dont enjoy the game anymore and only play once or twice a week compared to 24/7. 12/20/16 Newest update promises that it fixed the issue where the phone would vibrate but no Pokémon appear on the screen but it looks like that issue still hasnt been fixed as mine continues to do it even with the update installed. I grow more and more displeased with every update. PLEASE DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR ONCE!!! 7/18/17 After taking a 6 month break from the game one of my friends convinced me to play again. All the new Pokémon are great and I like the fact more gyms are popping up but at the same time the bugs are through the ROOF!!! My app works in about 3-5 minute increments before crashing. Trying to click on anything or just viewing the Pokémon I have freezes my phone for 2-3 seconds which is so annoying. Just barreled a gym with my friend and as soon as he popped his Pokémon in the gym glitched and wouldnt let me add a Pokémon saying it was under attack....not one person in the general area at all and no battle animation on the gym. I just cant get back into playing 24/7 like I previously did because I get so annoyed in the first 5 minutes I just put my phone away and find something else to do.

Well, that update didnt work! Trying to feed guys in gyms just says to walk closer to interact.

ive been dedicated to this game everyday since day 1. yet NOW im finally really bored. i wasnt bored back at the water festival time but now im bored. it needs a major revamp.. im very close to deleting this game. i cant believe im saying that since ive played it EVERYDAY since launch. PLEASE update with NEW EXCITING FEATURES

Nothing happens when I touch the go to gym button.

Feeding berries remote from a Gym generates an error to walk closer to the gym to interact with it. This was supposed to work under the current updated version but I guess it doesnt. Gee, what a surprise... NOT! UI defect where the walking buddy icon disappears from the map view if the buddy is a Dragonair. App crashes when refreshing and picking squares on the Captcha when filling out bug reports within the app. App crashes when a nest migration happens if youre clicking on a Pokémon that should be going away due to nest migration. The timing has to be just right on this... literally, the app will crash and when you open it back up, the migration has happened. Clicking on a Gym and then quickly clicking on its disc and then back out twice to the map will sometimes render the UI unusable to move the map around and the trainer will also no longer move on the map. Clicking on some UI items still works, but app must be restarted to fix this. Eventually the app crashes on its own if not restarted while in this state. You guys seriously need to fix all these issues!

Please fix the crashes!

I just want to say this game is amazing. The only bug I see with this version is that when I appraise a Pokémon, it shows Candela (team Valors leader) instead of Spark ( team Instincts leader) Hope you can fix this!

Im trying to feed my octillery that is in a gym that im not near and it is not working whenever i click on Go to Gym nothing happens pls help

So before I would get 10coins right away from getting in a gym. Now its at random if I get coins or not no matter how long my Pokémon stays in it. I like the new concept, but honestly it really irritates me that I put a ton of resources in taking a gym over, and basically waste them because I get no coins after days of holding it.

While they have done some good things recently the game is still a hit and a miss for me

Love the update. Itll be nice when its not disabled. I love knowing where my Pokemon originated. BUT IM INSTINCT NOT VALOR. WHY AM I LOOKING AT A VALOR APPRAISAL? Theres still a serious issue will WiFi switching causing the game to error out, however. And theres one more problem... Storage. Theres just not enough Pokemon storage space. Ive updated as far as I could and its not enough!

I sincerely dislike the changes. I was playing Pokémon Go every day. Gyms, coins, & Stardust! The old gym-style gave a very competitive, very prestigious incentive to show off your strong Pokémon to all in a competitive order. Gyms USED to give players INCENTIVE to be in one. Now? I dont play at all. A burn-out was already creeping on me due to SO MUCH driving (no dont shake your head; this game CANT be played very long without *LOTS* of driving to locations - sorry kids), & greedy programmers that are paying themselves with nasty ball-stealing cyndaquils & no real comprehendible way to collect coins from gyms anymore, so CASH it MUST be. The changes have me completely disliking a game I used to LOVE and Im actually pretty DARN upset that I dedicated/committed so much time & cash to get myself to a very difficult level 35... just to finish here. What did you do to our game? There is no incentive for battling gyms AT ALL. No incentive to get my CPs up, no incentive to give berries to Pokémon in gyms... why? Whos creating over there at Niantic? I truly dont understand. You actually really destroyed it. So... I just stopped playing. The positive thing about not playing for two-weeks is that Ive become productive again toward the rest of my life & I am back into things that matter. I keep the app on my phone for ONE reason. If I remove the app, this review goes away. This app deserves a good falter in ratings. Its all become extremely disappointingly redundant. You guys blew it.

Its a good update in terms of game, but lot of lag, even scanning circles :(

The new update is useful instead of having to trek places you can feed berries from the menu! If only it came out a week earlier ?
