Been burned by it.

My original account that I spent like 20$ on was erased and support never resolved my problem so that was a loss. It is not terrible but it basically forces you to spend money in my opinion. I would suggest something like random free items for consecutive days played and I would appreciate the ability to be able to pay to change your account name, a one time change falls short to me.
