Multiple Lugia Raid Errors

Used a pass on a Lugia raid with another 15 people and it gave us all a Network error when we reached the bonus round and we tried to battle again but it wouldnt let anyone back in, I would like a refund for my raid pass and whatever bonus for losing my now 4th chance to catch a lugia and having it crash out. Would appreciate a speedy response so I can get my raid pass back to try to get another raid in hopes of an invite to get Mewtwo.
