Help!!!!!! Please!!!!

I cant seem to start the app. It would show the NIANTIC screen, then crash? Is it because I havent updated my iPhone 6 to the new 10.3.3 update? I loved the app and tried everything, but I cant seem to fix it.. Has anyone else had this problem and fixed it?
