Major Raid Issue

Overall I love this game, and I love how raids can cause groups of people to come together and fight a specific Pokémon. But I have had one major issue with it. I finished fighting a Legendary Raid it said I was rewarded each of my items, and I got into the bonus catching sequence I tried to use a berry but it kept giving me an "error" and wouldnt allow me to catch it. It would take me out of the catching sequence and then I would get back into the catching sequence but it wouldnt allow me to catch it again, this happened 3 times and eventually it completely disregarded that I finished the Raid, it wouldnt let me back into it, and didnt reward me any of my items, even though I had completed it, it also gave me no opportunity to even catch the Legendary. I dont know if anyone else has ever had this issue, but it would really help me if you could fix this issue. Thank you.
