Customer support is painful

Customer support is known to be slow and annoying.

Expect to be told the beginner level basics of how to play the game, no matter your level/experience. When that doesnt get you to shut up they will tell you its your fault. If you still persist in trying to tell them about a problem in the game they simply stop responding.

Now your annoyed even more than when the glitch occurred.

Also dont expect much in the way of improvement to the game as its all your fault when the game fs up, just ask customer support
