Legendary raids needs to be fixed

The raid battle system overall is great; however the way raids were implemented for legendary Pokémon is complete and utter garbage for rural players. Some places there are never more than three players taking place in a raid giving players in large cities an unfair advantage. There are also places in which there are no Pokémon. In parts of upstate NY there are areas near towns that have no Pokémon ever. There also needs to be another shift in Pokémon spawn locations. While I have these complaints I do overall like the game and its potential. I also like that bots and gps spoofing is finally being addressed. But please fix the legendary raids before Mewtwo is released. Maybe implement a mystery gift function in the future along side the legendary raids.
