Legendary Pokémon

You need about 30 people to defeat a Legendary Pokémon and nobody plays this game anywhere I live. I love this game its just too hard to catch a legendary with my Pokémon at 2000 cp while the legendary Pokémon are at 45632 cp.
This game is awesome still its just annoying to see a legendary and only take 20% of its health and run out of time. I hope they make legendary Pokémon easier to catch so Ill be able to at least have one.
