Love the game but....

I have been playing the game since August and I absolutely LOVE it. I enjoy getting out and walking and even meeting new people because we are chatting about the game and what each other has caught. My only negative on the game...I have visited so many pokestops like hundreds, and only received 2 special items. And those were the first day of the Gen 2 update. After talking with others, they are just as frustrated as well and some havent even gotten one item. I hope you guys change this so its a little easier to receive the special items. Thanks....other than that...the game is AWESOME!!!
