Left and came back but not happy

I stopped playing the games a while ago, because niantic took so long to release the "amazing legendary" Pokémon, they finally released the legendary Pokémon to the public after almost 2 years of waiting, I love the idea towards how you can catch these new legendaries, but Ive been trying for about a week now, and I just cant seem to catch one, its either Im extremely unlucky, or, the game is rigged, and Im getting very tired of it. The one thing Ive been looking forward to, almost seems impossible to accomplish. Its a thumbs down for me, and trust me, a game needs to really piss me off for me to get out of my way and make a dumb review. ?
