Fix the gym motivation issue!

I love this game so much and I play almost everyday, but you NEED to fix the motivation issue! I had my Pokémon in a gym for almost a week and my motivation was about half, now, I leave them there for 5 hours and its less than half! Every second is a point lost! Ridiculous, you said you fixed it, now actually fix it!
