Fun game but...

I love the game dont get me wrong but I am at a hotel in a city I dont know very well and there are cool Pokemon everywhere. But there are no pokestops nearby so I ran out of pokeballs. The next time I turned on the game(when I was out of pokeballs)there was my favorite Pokemon standing there and I didnt have any pokeballs to capture it.?
So fun game overall but they should make something like a daily reward to help get you pokeballs(we cant always go out)!!?
