Raids ruined

How come there isnt a countdown anymore? And why cant legendaries have long countdowns to get a group together. With work and family we cant just drop what were doing for a game. What we need if its going to be like this is a way to ask for help. Something that other nearby trainers can see so we could get a group of people we dont know together for these raids. I probably wont get any of the legendaries now because of this change. Thanks.....
