The latest update to the Gym and raiding systems is excellent and adds the right amount of balance to a game mechanic that sorely needed it. The game still gets me out and walking even on days when I dont feel like (literally) going the extra mile, and Im grateful for that. Pokémon Go can be a useful tool for both mindfulness and fitness, and I think that if youre getting excessively frustrated over something thats meant for personal physical health benefits, then you should consider why youre playing it in the first place. Set personal goals for yourself (Im trying to catch all of my favorites with an amazing status) and focus on enjoying the moment, wherever you are. Pokémon Go, in this update and all future ones, is what you make of it! ??
