Love this game, but needs updated badly

Ive been playing since the day the game released and I loved it. But the biggest problem that I have had is twice in the past 8 months I have had to start over on this game because it would boot me out of the game, and then it would send me all the way back to the beginning. Please fix this or you just lost another beloved gamer!!!
