Kicks you off and ridiculously hard to get back on

This is the worst app I have ever seen as far as getting your information back to login. I was very randomly kicked off for no reason Ive been using the same phone for the whole time that Ive had the app and I havent done anything differently but when I logged in today it brought me back to the sign in screen. I put in what I guessed was my username and password; after several failed attempts I went to recover my user name. After putting in my email address and date of birth it told me that there was no record of this email address. I only have one other email address that I use so I tried that too and got the same message. Obviously something is messing up on their end and there is no resource to try to fix the problem. I am now locked out of my account and Im losing my streak bonuses and I have no idea when Ill be able to get back. Incredibly frustrating.
