Broken app or something ..

I started playing awhile back, but stopped because I was having trouble getting on my account, then when I tried to play it again ..

I get told that I need to update it, but its already updated .. even doing the trouble shooting and still I get issues ..

"Enable cookies" or "There is an update would you like to get it?"

Things like that, that gets fixed or "updated", and yet I am still blocked from being able to play ...
