Error festival game

I always try to see the good part in the game but, after the update the game crashes a LOT, its have many many bugs, I cant even understand how works the gym now, I cant put my pokemon because someone is attacking the gym, but when Im battling always appear a new pokemon to battle, sometimes I dont earn pokecoins even when i defended it for 14 hours.
Its like its havent been tested before.
And I know its not my smartphone, because my friend have the same problems that i have, and he have a better version of the phone.
Really...I think its better do a good job and be a little slow that rush and give us a sh*t update.
