Shop Feature Ate My Coins+Over Charged Me

2 1/2 Hrs ago, the Shop upgraded wrong storage twice & charged 150 over 200 cost for my 1st purchase that occurred. I have proof.
Purchases kept upgrading Item Storage.
Also noticed my Pokemon storage maxed out right after egg hatch even though I had 1 egg slot open.
My friend tonight also lost a Lucky Egg. My Fix Coins issue I am AFRAID to Buy again and I want to participate in 2x Xp event.
