having problems with egg hatching

hopefully this can get fixed soon. :/ Two tines i hatched a 5 km egg but it would not show the hatching animation instead it messed up/ froze. when I reset the app by deleting it and re downloading it, it gave me the pokemon but i had to look for it. It is rather annoying. It is kinda sad when I rarely get a 10 km egg then when i hatch it... I got a pinsir. :/ yay???? nah not really. XD by the way the speed limit makes it harder to get items from poke stops. I have way too many eggs that i will never hatch since i only have one incubator.
