Pokéstops arent working?

Over all, I love Pokémon Go. BUT THE POKÉSTOPS ARENT WORKING!!! The usual solution to this problem is to just close out the app, and try again. Lately, that hasnt been working. I am running out of Pokéballs and I cant catch any GOOD Pokémon when they appear. I am getting very frustrated with this app, and I ask kindly for the creators to add an update or look into the problem. Thank You?
