HELP, NIANTIC!! Almost level 31 and my game RESTARTED!!!

Ive spent a lot of time and money on this game and have never used a cheat! It is the only game Ive ever played and Ive been playing since August.

I dont know what to do to get Niantic to RESTORE MY GAME!

I was playing and all of a sudden it started playing music and saying it needed my password and to sign up as a trainer...giving shopping page and other stuff I didnt recognize...and also The Easter Update. Then it said "We are working on the problem."

So I followed the prompts and the game disappeared...its still on my iPhone, but it wants to start from the VERY BEGINNING!!!!

I dont know what to do?!
The message said they were aware of a problem and would fix it...but its not fixed and I dont know what to do.

I have hundreds of dollars in receipts to this game, as I live in a rural area without pokestops.

I expect to get the game restored.
The glitch happened in Texarkana, TX while I was going to town...and was excited to catch Easter Eggs.

PLEASE FIX THIS.
What do I do?
