Cant log on any longer

Could you guys take a look at the big? I have not been able to log on for a couple days. I tried re downloading the app but its still not working. Its been quiet frustrating as the problem have continued. Im not sure if anybody else is experiencing the same issue.
I think this issue started since your last update.
