Pokémon disappearing.

Its getting rather annoying that when I spin a pokéstop all the nearby pokémon disappear.

Randomly, theyll also just disappear while walking around.

Ill be trying to catch one while sitting on the couch, and itll suddenly run, I look at the nearby bar and again, empty.

Whats the deal?
