Do something about the pokestops

Since the new update prevents players to get pokestops in a vehicle at a certain limit players are limited from getting items as well. I suggest the following items
- increase the amount of items given from pokestops
-lessen the cool down time on pokestops to help players who live in places where you cant walk places

This is just if you want to rethink it:

- this maybe crazy but.... give back the right to claim pokestops in a moving vehicle. The reason being that its unfair for children or people who are passengers not being able to get pokestops.
