Switching Teams

I would like to change my team please. Im currently in team instinct at the moment. I would like to be team mystic. I accidentally chose team instinct because my app went error then the app force closed and then my phone froze. So I had to restart my phone and when I went to my Pokemon Go App, I was team instincts. Please nitanic, please make a option to change teams only once just like you did for "change username only once".
That would be very awesome and helpful to other players who had the same or related issues like mine.
