No customer service to speak of
My account has been buggy for almost 2 weeks now; can log in, but I get a blue screen with no way to interact. Have been a paying customer (in-app purchases) but cannot get customer service to return an service request. Have contacted them via their website, messaged via Facebook and twitter and still nothing. The only phone number directs you to the website. The game is fun -- while it works, and there is no help for when it stops working. Beware if making purchases.
