Too many OP Blissey, return fun and variety plz.

They are cancer, deadly and nearly impossible to eliminate. 9/10 gyms have gone stagnate, often half them are 2600CP+ Blissey and Snorlax stacks. I see half as many people out since Blissey launched, and its spring now.

P.S. Evolution items are given based on a hidden unique pokestop counter, triggered often by streaking on one.
