Pokémon GO App Reviews

I like the game. Its a fun way to pass the time. But I have noticed in the last few months, that no matter where I travel to. Its the same 5 Pokémon that show up every time. I was hoping when traveling to another state, that maybe one or two new Pokémon would show up.

I had the older game and was at level 10 with only 38 Pokémon and became frustrated with how hard it was to level up. I deleted the game last year and only got back into it this year. I started out with a new account and within less than three days I have nearly 50 Pokémon and already hit level ten. Its much easier to level up and there are lots of new Pokémon out there that I never saw with the old game. The game has some glitches though. Keeps losing a GPS signal right when you try to click on an animal to catch and than it disappears. Also it keeps telling me I am going too fast when I am just standing still or walk from upstairs to downstairs. I have to click the "I am a passenger" and whatever I have walked doesnt count on my miles walked. :(

Trainer level 33 totally blind needs help with menu and any text items in game. Otherwise it is a great game You have money so fix the problem and show some grace. Ed Loki

Is this app ever going to get a version that doesnt crash every 3 minutes?

Had a lot of promise. Has never really lived up to it--unless you have OCD.

Excellent content, however, no VPN support. Fix this!

They keep giving me the same stones. Every 7 days extremely annoying . I put in work for 7 day streak..

Im completely aware this game was made to get outside and find pokemon but thats a problem for people like me who dont have coverage. I had fun catching stuff in my house while it lasted, now im out of pokeballs and all i can do is spend money on coins, at least add a daily reward

I no longer have access to my current email connected to my account making me unstable to access my Pokémon account...I tried to find a way to change the email but theres no option. I think you should input an option for those that need to change it..as long as they know their email and password then they should be able to change the connected email ?

Pokemon go at first is really fun, you encounter different pokemon and fight gyms. But after awhile it gets repetitive; what do you do besides catch and battle gyms, not to mention how terrible gym battling.

Have you considered adding more features aside just catching them? Maybe have a mode where you can not only display your Pokémon just chilling, but you can do other Pokémon related stuff. pvp would be sick.

Fun game for big kid fans. A little glitchy but still worth the fun. My go to app when jogging or walking. Helped with a 40lbs weight loss.

I dont understand Ive been playing it since it came out and now I cant even log on my account. It keeps taking me to a troubleshot menu. This needs to be fix! They delete negative reviews!! How about helping a customer out??

"Unable to authenticate, please try again." Ok, Ill try again. "Unable to authenticate, please try again." I understand that trying again could get you in, but seeing that message many times ticks me off a lot! How the crap do you get in. This is a problem I have every single time I try to get in and it is getting annoying. Please fix this. I have played Pokémon Go since September and have a pretty good account. Please, Please, Please fix this.

Since the last update that added Brazilian Portuguese the app wont load. Comes up with the retry screen covering the steelix load screen. Fix your app or Im done playing.

The app keeps telling me I cant authenticate my account. Since the update I havent been able to catch Pokémon with out it freezing and shutting down.

might as well not level up. the catch rate goes down and the flee rate stays the same as you progress. so, at level 30 and beyond, get used to a sizable portion of anything you see running away. especially birds and rats. they should be easy stardust fodder and yet 4-5 out of 10 consistently run away (not even exaggerating. I really wish I was). not to mention medals do next to nothing to help. I love Pokemon but holy crap is this game infuriating. note: yes, I am not smart enough to delete the app. it would absolutely save me a lot of teeth grinding and rage but, I just got this sick Lapras and theres no turning back now.

There continues to be rampant cheating that is ruining this game. The cheaters ruin it for the rest of us that actually get out there and play. The most common cheat now is players that have multiple accounts and go around taking 2k off a gym then add back to it with their main account, kicking off their own teammates. We used to be on the gyms around us, but weve all been replaced by these players with multiple accounts. Niantic, what are you doing about the cheaters??
