... you really need to start adding/accepting new pokestops and gyms.

I love the game but with the new update there is one problem that has been showing up now. When my Pokémon is beat in the gyms it never brings poke coins back with the Pokémon. It is frustrating and I hope you can fix this problem.

We love the new gym update. We havent gotten to try any raids yet but sure those will be fun. The issue is after we battle a gym, only one of us can leave a Pokémon. The others get a error saying he gym is under attack. We know its not, were the only ones there. No matter what we do it will continue to say that for a hour or more. Sometimes the gyms wont even show up on the map anymore after that for a while. This is making gym battling very very frustrating... I hope its fixed soon.

I played this game when it first came out for 3 months. I was unable to play it for 8 months since I was in a different country. I sign in using my information I used before and find everything is reset and my old nickname is taken. They keep insisting and going to their default saying its the users fault and not taking responsibility of the chance that there was information deleted on their servers. They were trying to convince me that I used the wrong sign in information or a different one. Niantic, answer me this how is that possible when I solely created a trainer ID for this game and I dont have any other sign information besides that? Worst customer service. Nintendo shouldve picked a better company to run this game. Only if I couldve given it a zero star

I got an easy hack for the game and now ive lose interest in playing :( great game though, I may be back.

Hey niantic, been playing the game since the release. But the game has been crashing more frequently than ever. Im sure its cuz of the new raid roll out, but something needs to be done prior to GO Fest!

It always crashes during a raid.

After waiting for an update since December, Im finally able to play the game! Too bad no one else is playing anymore. I tried to do a raid, put in my raid pass, picked my team, and just waited for players... It will not let you play unless there are other players. And it will not return your pass, despite not getting to play. On top of that, the fighting system is incredibly broken. Not only does it not even let me use the team I pick, it keeps bouncing back and forth between Pokemon while I cant do anything but take damage.

Surprisingly, I believe the gov blocked gps service for this app to access, seeking for someone having a solution to play the game while traveling in china?!?!

Playing this game for over a year now. Highly recommend it to others. The new gym and raid systems are great!

I cant play this game！ It will auto close the game when i open the the game！

unlike before, i can play group battle now. still crash sometimes.

Me and my brother were battling a gengar and we had got it down to small amount of health and the timer said we had five seconds left and the it kicked both of us out of the raid saying times up

I had to restart on Pokemon Go back to square one I keep trying to log on from Google and the Pokemon Trainer Club on my phone both ways say Unable to authenticate so I figured it was just a glitch in the application so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and its still giving me the same problems please help.

Glitched out and wouldnt let me join a big raid battle. Pathetic.

I would like to say that it may be cool if you made weather.

Each time I try to play,it logs me out. It starts to lag a lot.

Today I logged on to the app and received one of my Pokémon back after it had been in a gym for over 100 hours. I was not awarded a single coin. Im not sure if this was a bug or just a mistake in the programming, but either way I am very disappointed. Niantic can definitely fix this, and, until they do, Im not sure that I will use the app.

Anyone else having problems with raids??? Can go into it fine but when I begin to fight the Pokémon it says error and I get kicked out.
