Great overall, could we get a better tracking system??

I have been playing Pokemon GO for almost 4 months now. Everything has gone well. I have almost got 70 Pokemon in the Pokedex. Since the Halloween event, I got a ton of Meowths, Cubones, and Gastlies.
My main point is the tracking system is only in Santa Monica, CA I think. I would love to have it in other areas.

UPDATE:

I will give Pokemon GO 3.9 out of 5 stars because of the new update. While it isnt bad, I find it a bit unfair to newer players or those that didnt play on release date. I think the minimal level to join raid battles should be between levels 21-22.
