Terrible costumer service

I have talked to a representative from Niantic for 4 days because I went to upgrade my storage and it accepted about $10 worth of coins but didnt upgrade anything and they have sent me replies saying I just need to restart my phone which I did among other things and still nothing and they keep just sending me in circles. So always screen shot before purchase because they will say theres no proof in the long run waste your time and not help you.
